Who is up for a hump day challenge? A lot of you could read this and think, “I can’t do that!” Just remember there are a lot of things you “can’t” do if you never try. Also, remember your coaches love to find new progressions and ways to make any workout something that you can do! So come in, hit an IM60, IM30, or try out the strength program on Monday’s blog….

10-20-30… etc. unbroken double unders for 10 mins

Workout: 20 min amrap
Bike 60/50 cals
50 Wallballs 20/14
100’ hsw or 200’ backwards bear crawl

Every 3 mins for 15 mins
Row 20/15 cals
20 kb swings
