5 wallballs (light weight)

5 alt. V-ups (each side)

3 updowns

Strength: 3 sets

10 bicep curls

10 Arnold press

20 hip extensions

Workout: Every 4 min x 5 rounds

12 toes to bar

12/10 cal bike

12 wallballs 30/20 or 18 at 20/14

12 burpees
