Its the middle of the week and we are throwing an EMOM at you. You’ve got to race the clock so pick a weight that you think you can go unbroken for the first half of the workout. The burpees are bar facing so they keep the heart rate up. If those are tough for you and you can’t get them done in less than :40 then we will scale the reps or make them regular burpees instead of the bar facing variety.

Odd: 10 Hang Power Cleans 135/95
Even: 10 burpees over the bar
Score is the rounds completed of the EMOM. If you are making all rounds then score is total reps completed during the final two minutes.
Finishing Core:
3 x Max Sit L sit between two boxes. Rest 1 min between efforts. We worked on these on Thursday so try to push these a little. Use tuck position if needed
