FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS
This Friday we will run all of our classes and will have FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS again in the afternoon and evening classes. That being said, all class times will have the Open Workout that will be announced on Thursday at Noon. If you go to 5 am or 5 pm, expect to have a great workout with one of your fit fam/gym-mates there to count for you and push you along!
