Its Hump Day. A perfect opportunity to continue in the great momentum you started the week with or, if need be, commit to having a much better back half of the week. Something that may help if you are struggling to stay motivated is finding a workout partner.

Warm Up:

Row 500 m
then 3x:
5 burpees
10 DB snatch
15 sit ups

Strength: Back Squat

5 reps every :90 x 15 min

Workout: 3 rounds

1 min: Alt DB Clean and Jerk 50/35
1 min: Hip Extensions
1 min: Burpees
1 min: Handstand Push Ups
1 min rest between rounds
