Skill: Practice Rope Climbs for 12 minutes

Try to get 1-2 per minute if you are a proficient rope climber. If you’re still getting there focus on getting 1 quality climb in every other minute.

*Gun walk is a plate hold in which arms are bent at 90 degrees and plate is held away from the body. Athlete walks with the plate held in this static position.
