Hang on to the bar during the entire complex.

Even: Bar Facing burpees+max hang squat cleans
Odd: Rest

Score is sum off all burpees and all hang clean reps

T1: up to 7 BF burpees each minute/modify weight or movements
T2: 8 bar facing burpees each minute. Barbell at 75/55
T3: 10 bar facing burpees each minute. Barbell at 95/65
