Partner (or solo) WOD:

MAX Thrusters 205/135 during first 10 minutes
MAX Deadlifts 205/135 during last 6 minutes
While partner is working on accumulating reps the other partner will be rowing 300 m. As soon as the athlete rowing is done he/she will go take over on the barbell movement.
Score is the average of the two movements. (Total thrusters+total deadlifts)/2=score
