It’s important to remember that not all workouts should be attacked the same way. I saw a lot of people tackle T3 yesterday and not make the reps in most of the minutes of the emom. Master the movements, build the engine, develop the mindset; these are the keys to becoming more fit than you’ve ever been.

Warm Up

4 rounds
5 push up to down dog
10 alt v-ups
:15 active hang
20 jumping jacks

Strength

4 sets of 10 Seated Strict Press or Bench Press

Workout

Every 3 min for 15 min
12 push ups on db’s
16 renegade rows (no push up)
Max Hollow Rocks

Score is total hollow rocks

T2: as written w 50/35s
T3: 16 push ups
