Brooke Ence, founder of The Naked Program, and Crossfit Games Veteran sent this little number for us today. Yes, it has burpees just like yesterday’s. If you need to switch them out look below for some good substitutes. Coach Devin will be doing it live on our Facebook group for all to see!

7 burpees over db’s(lateral jump over allowed)
7 db snatch (two db’s)
7 db clusters
The goal here is to keep your foot on the gas and not get bogged down by any one movement. If you need to sub out the burpees try 7 up downs plus 7 jump squats.
