The weather is changing and the holidays are going to sneak up on us. Be sure to get as many workouts as you can. It’s easy to slip into complacency and allow for momentum to slow. Instead just keep your routines and get into the gym. Try to inspire others to do the same. Sometimes we forget that other people look to us for their inspiration.
