WE ARE PUMPED!

If you havenโ€™t heard, Sac County is letting fitness studios get back after it. Social distancing (8 people per class), RSVP, cleaning stuff etc.

Because of the class size restriction we have added 3:15, 5:15 staggered start class as well.

If you are still an immune-compromised individual that needs to stay out of the gym, please keep any equipment you have borrowed. IF NOT PLEASE RETURN EQUIPMENT DURING ONE OF THE CLASS TIMES TO HELP US RUN FULL AND EFFECTIVE CLASSES!
