Skill: 10 minutes of Turkish Get ups

Enjoy practicing this awesome full body exercise and show control through all the positions


18 min emom

Min 1: run 200 m

Min 2: devil presses 50/35’s*

*Start with 2 devil presses in round 1. Move to 4 devil presses in round 2. Add 2 every round while still maintaining the 200 m run in the opposite minute


-3 power cleans+1 Jerk every :90 x 15 minutes

-5 sets

15 dumbbell bench press

15 weighted sit-ups

-5 sets

15 upright rows

15 hollow rocks


2 min high dragon each side

2 min low couch stretch each side

1 min alternating iron cross

1 min squat stretch

2 min child’s pose

10 banded Pull aparts
