Before you get into the workout if you have access to a barbell do
5 sets of 5 hang power cleans+5 front squats
Workout
Every 5 minutes x 20 minutes
10/10 single arm push jerks
20 V-Ups
Run 400m/row 500m/bike .6mi/shuttle run 2 min
For push jerks use either a dumbbell or Kettlebell.
*If the weight you have is a little light increase reps. If it’s a little to heavy decrease reps.
