You’ll be tempted to skip out in this for one of two reasons…
1) you can easily do this at home
2) you understand that if you push this one it could be a brutal test
But let’s say you show up anyway. Let’s say you’re at the gym ready to get after it. If that’s the case I would tell you to focus on getting just one percent better at your double unders. Then I’d say for the workout, use it as an opportunity to feed off your fitness family. Push a little deeper into the tank to help spur new levels of fitness.
