5 db strict press

10 bird dogs

Strength: Front Squat

8 sets of 2

Complete a set every :90 and use the same weight across all 8 sets

Workout: 5 rounds

50 double unders

10 dumbbell thrusters

T1: 75 single unders and reduce weight as needed

T2: 50/35’s

T3: 15 db thrusters w/50/35s
