Every athlete 10/7 Push-ups every :30 (Modifying is no problem)
At 10 Minutes complete as many rounds* in 20 minutes of
5 power cleans 225/155
(adjust weight so they can be done as relatively quick yet heavy singles)
10 deadlifts 225/155
20/15 cal bike
*one athlete completes the 5, 10, 20/15 before the next round can be started by another athlete. Practically speaking an athlete will sprint a round and then rest for 2 rounds while he/she’s teammates each complete their rounds.
