10 min of Kipping/Butterfly practice or

10 min Emom of 4-10 pullups
WOD

Every 3 minutes for 12 minutes(four rounds)

60 Air Squats plus 5 full snatches

Athletes choice on load. 

Weight cant be changed within a set.

Score is load used in each set added together.

If only four lifts are completed there is no score for that round.
