15 bar facing burpees

10 Deadlifts 245/165

Switch every round for RX. Otherwise tandem run and share all other reps as needed.

Level 1: Run, 60 single unders, 10 burpees, 10 deadlifts 135/95 or lower

Level 2: Run, 20 double under attempts, 10 bar facing burpees, 10 deadlifts 225/155+/-
