we are doing a classic body weight workout that many of you have done before. If you have look up your old time and see if you can improve on it.

20 pull-ups

30 push-ups

40 sit-ups

50 squats

rest 3 min*

*this rest period will allow a very good recovery that will allow you to do your pushups and pull ups as fast as possible.
