With the holiday to kick off the week we realize that many of you may want to get in a full session. IM60 and IM30 will mirror each other allowing for an epic workout no matter what time you go!


Partner Workout: 35 minute clock

20 Min AMRAP

200/160 Cal row*

120 Synchro Db Snatch 50/35

40 Double Db Squat Clean and Jerk 50’s/35’s

*Non-working partner must run a 200m before switching. If the 40 Db squat cleans and jerks are finished before the 20 minute mark then return back to the db snatch, not the rowing/running.

At 20 Minute mark

15 minutes to find a 1 rep max snatch


Same as IM60 but the 15 min of lifting is optional


2 min R lizard

1 min Pigeon

2 min L Lizard

1 min Pigeon

3 min assisted squat stretch

2 min Forward fold
