Thursday:Skill: 20 mins

Work up to a heavy single no foot squat snatch.

(athlete can not move feet when performing the lift, heels can come off the ground though)


Death by burpee + front squat 135/95

Minute 1: perform 1 burpee and 1 front squat, minute 2: perform 2 burpees and 2 front squats, etc until failure*.

*if athlete fails to perform 8 or more rounds, they must run 800m immediately after failure.
