The weather has been crazy! Drive safe on your way to the gym. 

Thursday is often a seen as rest day for many but it is also a great make up day if you missed earlier in the week or may miss your workout Friday or Saturday.

3 sets: 40′ L/40′ R banded side walk

3 x 10 1 arm seated db press

3 sets: 1 min unbroken plank (may add weight to achieve stimulus*)

*stimulus = difficult ?
