Weighted Planks+unweighted side planks
4 sets of :45. Add weight across the hips( for those able) to make this challenging. After each set do :20 side plank on each side
Workout:
15 min AMRAP
25 double unders (50 single unders)*
15 wallballs 20/14
5 Burpee pull-ups**
*If you opt for single unders the first 3 minutes of AMRAP is double under practice.
**Jumping into the pull-up IS acceptable. RX the bar should be above reach.
