The goal of the partner workouts this week is to give us a chance to learn how to pace on the rower and build a lot of endurance. Hopefully you use it as a chance to partner with someone new too! 

Skill: Split Jerk every 2 min for 16 min

Max Burpee box jumps 20/12

Partner rows 150 m, then switches.
