Skill 12 minutes of Cardio.

Every 4 minutes switch to a new form. Row, bike, ski, or run.

Every 4 minutes for 6 rounds 

20 box jump overs 24/20 

 20 hang power clean 135/95. 

 20 deadlifts 135/95

Scaled stay at above weight or lighter.

 RX every 2 rounds  move up in weight. 

3rd /4th round 185/115.

 5/6 round 205/135
Score is total time worked. So you will have to write it down after each round. Then add at the end.
