WARM UP:  8 min flow

3 burpees
10 Squats
6 up downs
10 lunges
:90 bike, row or ski

STRENGTH: Strict Press

5 at 5
60, 70, 80, 70, and 60%

WORKOUT:

10-40-10
step back lunges 50s/35s
burpees over the db’s (lateral or facing ok)
step back lunges 50s/35s

T1: lower the weights and change the movements as needed.

T3: Handsand walk 100’ at 0:00 and 6:00 mark
