HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYONE!
AT HOME CHALLENGES FOR THE DAY
Do as many of these as you can…
1) 100 Squats or 3 minutes of Squats-whichever comes first.
Try this first thing in the morning.
2) 10 min walk.
Maybe recruit a family member. Don’t turn this into a workout. Unless, you have family like that. Remember though, an older parent or grandparent would probably be the most rewarding person you could go with.
3) 15 Burpees
Coach Ben has snuck into a guest bedroom, bathrooms and garages of family and friends and done these before. Also this is a good one to try to get in more than just one set.
4) Two mobility pieces
The squat stretch is great and so is a pigeon or lizard stretch. But if you cant get down to the ground in your outfit; try a few simple sets of arm circles, a tricep stretch, or pull an arm across your chest.
5) Enjoy food, family and friends today. Your goals will be there to chase tomorrow… Literally, tomorrow at 10 am.
