Workout

Every other minute for 10 rounds

5 burpees+5 thrusters 75/55+5 pull-ups

If you need to beforehand or during the workout scale reps up or down. Score is highest and lowest reps completed in a round. If you got 5, 5, and 5 of each then your score is 5. If you get 8 of everything your score is 8.
