It always feels like May is the start of Summer!

So we are going to have some fun… try wearing your sunglasses and even doing this skill work outside!


Every 2 minutes for 16 min

1 power clean+10 pause lunges.

The knee won’t actually touch the ground here. Instead step out, lower the back knee to just above the ground (2-3″) hold for 1 or 2 seconds and then drive back to the start position alternate until you’ve completed 5 per side.

WOD: 13 minute clock

60 Deadlifts 135/95

30 V-ups(or ab mat sit up)

45 Front Squats 45/35(same bar)

30 V-ups(or ab mat sit up) 

60 deadlifts 135/95

Max Toes to Bar with any remaining time of the 12 minute clock or 75 Toes to Bar; whichever comes first.
