Today is the first workout of the Northern California Classic online qualifier! What that means is that classes will be doing a workout designed to help determine who will be competing in the live event in May. Don’t worry if you don’t want to compete, many people don’t have that desire and only will be registering for the portion that we can do right here in our home gym.

If you would like to officially track your scores, form a team, compete in May or just show love to the event please go to Nor Cal Classic and register right away.
