Cal Row

KB swing 70/53

Pull-ups

Each person does row and KB swing.

Then split pull-ups as necessary. So like this:

Partner A: row 21 cal partner B: row 21 cal

Partner A: 21 KBS partner B: 21 KBS

Then partner a and b complete a combined 21 pull-ups 

And so on.
