(Partner holds straight arm plank)

200 m walking lunge

800 m run*

200 push ups

(Partner holds straight arm plank)

*both partners run. First person to finish run may begin working. If an athlete can’t run they may row 1k or do 2 min of marching+2 min of marching buttkickers.
