Great week of workouts ahead! You’ll notice the RX/Scaled swapped out for Tier 1, 2, and 3. This is a system that acknowledges that the level of athletes varies drastically and that although the rx/scaled terminology helps, it may also be limiting. That being said Tier 2, would reflect most similarly with the RX designation. RX/Scaled denomination have not been disposed of entirely but graduated from as our community continues to grow and mature. As it plays out on a daily basis, coaches will continue to provide detailed advise about the workouts, necessary modifications, and guidance needed to navigate any challenges a person or athlete faces in a workout.

Tier 1: up to 95/65 and 7 bar facing burpees
Tier 2: 135/95 and 10 bar facing burpees
Tier 3: 185/125 and 10 bar facing burpees
