Many of you do so well getting to the gym this time of year. At the very same time, quite a few of you have so many things going on. If the latter describes you, then make it a priority to schedule the gym on the days you can but not stress about when you can’t.

Wod:
20 Min AMRAP:
10 pullups
40′ HS Walk*
10 cal bike
(If you have some HS
walk skill but 40′ is
taking a while, scale
to 20′ first, then down
to bear crawling.)

Finishing Core:
Strict TTB 21s
3 sets
(7 reps bottom to mid
7 reps mid to top
7 reps full. If scaling is
needed, options can
be: doing 3-5 of each
instead of 7, skipping
the mid to top portion,
kipping the reps, or
tucking knees.)
