Overall volume today is pretty moderate.
It will allow some of you who have been working on getting more and more volume, return to a focus on intensity. On the flip side, if you have been working on intensity and your ability to “send it” then this is a good chance to see if what you’ve been doing is working. Last and certainly not least, if you have been nursing an injury or ailment, then today’s workout will allow you to really focus on proper mechanics and keeping volume from causing any kind of setback.
