There’s not much more of an American thing to do to celebrate Memorial Day than by doing “Murph.” If you’re doing some home version, park version, or the classic version; GO HARD!
Ive heard that Murph himself probably did STRICT PULL-UPS! That being said, many of us will kip, butterfly, or ring row to get through this and THATS OKAY!
