Memorial Day 2020

There’s not much more of an American thing to do to celebrate Memorial Day than by doing “Murph.” If you’re doing some home version, park version, or the classic version; GO HARD!

Ive heard that Murph himself probably did STRICT PULL-UPS! That being said, many of us will kip, butterfly, or ring row to get through this and THATS OKAY!

Outdoor Version: Sub pull-ups for KB swings or sit-ups.

100 Pull-ups

200 Push-ups

300 Squats

1 Mile Run

*Partition pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as desired. If you have a 20 lb vest, wear it.
