Some of you picked up on the fact that yesterday’s squats were a little different than usual. They were very specific because they are the first day of our squat cycle designed to help you PR your back squat in just one month. Tuesday’s and Friday’s will be dedicated to helping you guys get stronger. The more you are able to make those days the more likely that you are to hit your best squat EVER when we test after 4 weeks. Tuesdays will be squats and Fridays will have deadlifts and/or speed work. We are looking forward to seeing each of you build DEM LEGZ!
