WOD:

20 min EMOM

Min 1: 16 deadlifts 135/95

Min 2: 12 back squats 135/95

Min 3: 8 Barbell rows 135/95

Min 4: rest and adjust weight up or down as needed.

Score is the heaviest load at which you were able to go unbroken on all three movements.

Post workout: Run 1 mile with a friend or two after(walk if needed).
