12 ring rows(adjust feet and rings to make these moderately difficult)

12 ghost sdhp (ghost means they don’t touch the floor between reps which means they dont make a noise)

Partner Workout: 25 min AMRAP

Share reps however. Every 4 rounds completed, stop and do 30 Pull-ups or 10 Ring Muscle Ups.

5 Hang Power Cleans (115/75 lb)

5 Front Squats (115/75 lb)
