Normal class schedule today with an emphasis on coming to gym from 5-7 pm for Friday Night Lights! Attend your normal class to get the workout in yourself and then come hang out in the evening to watch others do the workout. Bring snacks, drinks, and loved ones to make it an exciting evening! Or even show up ready to workout with the evening group! All levels welcome as the workout can be modified for all fitness levels and abilities.
