15 minutes partner
Alternating 200 m row

Part B:
Partner 20 min AMRAP
4 muscle ups
8 handstand pushups
16 kettlebell swings

Tier 1: Sub out muscle ups for
a different bodywieght movement, such as ring dip, toes to rings, jumping ring muscle ups etc..
and hspu for a pike push up or
standard push up if need be.
Kettlebell can be loaded as desired
