Goal here is to help correct some of our symmetry issues, work on hip stability and even build core strength by engaging our obliques in a different way. Walk and try to remain on balance and not leaning to counter the weight of the Kettlebell.

Partners are working together on this AMRAP except during two 3-minute intervals. From 0-3:00 one partner will bike for max calories. From 9-12:00 the other partner will bike for max calories. Those two calorie counts will be added to the reps completed in the workout to equal the score.

“Coin Flip”
Run 800 m
Flip a coin. If coin lands on heads, take a 2 minute break. If it lands on tails, start running immediately. Continue doing this until you have done 3 miles.
