A great way to finish the week!

Workout:

Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes*

8 Hang cleans 135/95+8 burpee box jumps 24/20

rest 2 minutes(until 12 Minute mark)

Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes*

8 Thrusters 135/95+8 burpee box jumps 24/20

Score is the combination of how fast you complete each of the final set of the two different couplets.
