CoachExercising has been a part of my life since I was eight years old when my parents started me in jiu jitsu. Since then, I have always participated in a sport. Through middle and high school, I participated in track, basketball, football, and wrestling. I started CrossFit in my sophomore year of high school and have consistently used this style of training since then. The main reason that I exercise is to improve my overall health. I currently work in the medical field, and have seen debilitating conditions that may arise from being inactive through life. Coaching is important to me because I feel that these conditions can be prevented by staying active. I enjoy coaching people on how to move properly and safely which increases their ability to continue to be active through the rest of their long-lived lives. I try to ensure that those that I coach find exercising to be as enjoyable as I think it is. In my experience, people that stay active are the happiest people that I have met.
