I started making exercise and working out part of my daily life about 4 1/2 years ago when I finally decided to put my health first and was hooked right away.
I coach because I love it. I enjoy seeing those moments where someone pushes themselves out of their comfort zone, figures out a movement they’ve struggled with or hits a PR. Watching others show up daily with no excuses keeps me motivated in
my own fitness, and being a part of the IronMile family has made such an impact in my life!
