5 db deadlifts

5 db hang cleans

5 db shoulder to overhead

20 single unders

Workout: 12 min cap

5 rounds

7 devil press

49 double unders

T1: db’s lighter than T2 and 49 single unders

T2: 50/35’s

T3: 50/35’s and unbroken double unders

Strength:

Use remaining time to build to a heavy 2 squat cleans.
