Every 6 min for 24 min:

10 snatches 135/95+8 snatches 155/105+6 snatches 175/115

B) 20 min AMRAP 

Partner 1: 4 MU strict/kipping+8 hspu strict/kipping 

Partner 2: 24 cal row

Rotate when both are done. If you can’t do MU do 12 ctb. Hspu need to be done with hands inside the box size outlined on games page.

C) :20 sprint/:40 chill bike X 10 min
