Class somewhere. If I were some of you I wouldn’t do class until i had done some of the other stuff. 

A) 1 clean and jerk x 10 every :90

Should pretty much be the same weight

B) 100/80 cal assault bike*

*top of every minute including the start 5 strict hspu. 

C) 3×8 ghr
