A) Squat clean Work up to a 3 RM. Then 3 reps @ 95% 3 RM, 3 reps @ 90% 3 RM.

B) Push press: Work up to a 3 RM. Then 3 reps @ 95% 3 RM, 3 reps @ 90% 3 RM.
